Buckeye CAM Australia does not offer refunds on any products after 30 days of purchase. We do however offer a 12 month warranty on all goods sold and we reserve the right to either replace or repair such items. Any product returned for warranty cannot be marked or written on, damaged or defaced in any way.
Warranty is for manufacturer defects only. It does not cover physical damage or any other damages caused from misuse or the use of non approved power sources.
Please contact our office to lodge your warranty claim prior to returning any goods. Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number.
